Mail: Change password for an e-mail account. Print

This guide will show you how to update the password an e-mail account in the client area.
NOTE! The end-user might change their password in the webmail following this guide.

  1. First of all you need to login to the client area to proceed. 

  2. Click on "Add/edit email" in the list of services on the client area homepage.

  3. Find the e-mail account you would like to change, and click the password icon on the right side to modify it.




  4. Insert or generate a new password for you e-mail account and click "Save".




  5. All done. The new settings will take effect within a few minutes.
