Mail: Create new e-mail account Print

In this guide we show you how to crate a new e-mail account on your domain name.

  1. First of all you have to log in to the client area.

  2. In the list of services, find your domain name and click "DirectAdmin"

  3. You will be forwarded to DirectAdmin. If you do have any accounts they will be listed now. To create a new account click "+ Create Account" on the top.



  4. Insert the required information: username, password, and select "Max" under "E-mail Quota (MB)" if you do not want to limit the disk usage for this account, and on the end, click "Create Account".
    "Daily Send Limit" can not override the default settings for your user name. As a standard that is 150 sent e-mails pr day.



  5. Your new e-mail account is not ready. We will show a summary of the settings, and a link to our knowledgebase for all settings to be used in your favourite e-mail client on your computer.
