Account: My account is suspended or my domain name is not working. What can i do? Print

If your domain is not working or your account has been suspended, you should first check whether you have paid all your invoices. If you have an invoice that is over due and not paid, that could be the reason. You can view your invoices by logging into client area.

If you have an unpaid invoice, we recommend that you pay this with a credit card or Vipps. In the case of credit card and vipps payment, the account will be opened immediately.

If all invoices have been paid and your account is still suspended or not working, you must contact support. There may then be other reasons why your account has been closed. E.g. could there be a security hole on the page, the sending of spam or other reasons that cause the account to use too many resources, etc.
