Unfortunately, we have some packet loss in our network. We work with our uplink provider to solve the problem. The network interruptions are short and should not cause too much trouble for our customers.

The problem with packet loss in our network was resolved at 15:45. The cause of the problem was complicated, but briefly (and technically) explained, the network platform in the cloud solution didn't handle ARP packets correctly when they are VLAN tagged and with a Class of service other than 0. If ARP packets cannot be sent/received properly, network equipment don't know where IP packets should go, and you get packet loss and/or timeouts.
